The standard Charlydental 4X is equipped with a high-frequency spindle (60.000 rpm), a 6 positions automatic tool changer with a motorized protection cover and an accurate tool measurement sensor with a detection of broken tools.

The 4 servo-motors axis Charlydental 4X kinematics is joined up to a motion control by high precision numerical linear rulers. Its steel structure ensures the needed rigidity and steadiness during motion. Charlydental 4x is designed to warranty the milling accuracy necessary for your jobs.

Designed for intensive milling of zirconium oxide, Charlydental 4X has a dust suction device with pneumatic control. The sound-proof mobile technical box (in option) includes a powerful vacuum unit with turbine made for a continuous flow production. An air compressor dedicated to the machine can also be integrated into the technical box. Two simple plugs 230V 16A are enough for Charlydental 4X to work on its own.

Charlydental4X is definitely made for production thanks to its two housings for 100 mm maximum diameter discs. It allows you to mill from 40 to 70 elements in one time, without any operator intervention, with 2 different  materials if necessary.

An exclusive Charlyrobot system allows the automatic positioning of 10, 14, 18, 20, 22 and 26 mm discs. The operating interface is extremely simple, the set up is 100% automatic. Launch a production is nothing more than clicking on “load the file” and then “launch milling” !
